Protecting your rights at every patent and trademark office

We are committed to protect the property rights of natural persons or corporate entities at any patent or trademark office worldwide. These property rights can relate to a brand name, a technical invention such as a new product, device or process. In Europe, the EPO (European Patent Office), based in Munich, is responsible for examining and granting of European patents (and in the future also of Unitary patents). Community trademarks and designs are protected by the European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO).  If the patent or trademark protection applies exclusively to Germany, the German Patent and Trademark Office (GPTO) is responsible. As patent and trademark attorneys, we provide professional advice on patent or trademark registration, protection, and competent legal assistance in the event of a conflict in order to avert economic damage.

As authorized patent & trademark attorneys, we represent you at the following organizations:

EPO (European Patent Office)
GPTO (German Patent and Trademark Office)
EUIPO (European Union Intellectual Property Office)
WIPO (World Intellectual Property Organization)

Well represented at the EUIPO

The EUIPO (European Union Intellectual Property Office) is based in Alicante, Spain. It’s an agency established by the European Union. The EUIPO is responsible for the registration of Union trademarks and Community designs. We legally represent our clients' trademarks and designs and protect their interests in opposition or nullity proceedings. Each year, an average of more than 150,000 new trademarks and 90,000 designs are registered at the EUIPO. We offer comprehensive protection of your intellectual property rights and ensure the security of your entrepreneurial future.

We have been protecting your innovations
for more than 90 years!

WIPO also pursues the overall objective of protecting intellectual property in order to protect science, technology and arts from imitators. WIPO and EPO are working together to provide comprehensive protection of intellectual property across all countries. We offer our clients the best possible representation in conflicts and protection of their rights in an international context. In this sense, you can rely on our expertise and our commitment to legal conformity and fair competitive conditions worldwide.
